This is a plain-language summary of how Tokenomik Inc. ("Tokenomik", "TMK", "we") handles the information you choose to share with us. If you would like the full policy, or have any question about your data, contact us at michael@tokenomik.com.
We only hold the information you give us directly — typically your name, email address, company and the message you send through our contact form or by email. We do not buy or sell personal data.
Your information stays within the TMK team and the service providers we rely on to run our business (for example, email and hosting). We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
We use cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Analytics cookies, set by HubSpot (our analytics and CRM provider), run only after you consent. To decide whether to show the consent banner we use ipapi.co to detect the country a visit comes from; this is processed transiently and not stored by us beyond a local record of your choice.
If you are in the UK or EU, no analytics cookies are set until you accept. Elsewhere, analytics run by default. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the Cookie preferences link in the footer.

Tokenomik Inc. is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. This summary will be replaced by a full privacy policy as our public operations expand; until then it reflects our actual practice.
