Privacy Policy

Current as of 25 August 2026

This is a plain-language summary of how Tokenomik Inc. ("Tokenomik", "TMK", "we") handles the information you share with us and the information this site collects while you read it. If you would like the full policy, or have any question about your data, contact us at michael@tokenomik.com.

What we collect

You give us your name, email address, company and the message you send through our contact form or by email. We do not buy or sell personal data.

The site also collects, on its own, the pages you view, the links you click, your device and browser details, your IP address, the referring site or campaign that brought you here, and a randomly generated identifier held in a first-party cookie so we can count returning visits.

Visitor identification

We use Warmly to recognise the organisation a visit comes from. Warmly reads your IP address, the pages you view, your device and browser details, and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived on, then matches the IP address against a commercial business-network database to infer the organisation. Where you reach the site from a link in an email we have sent you, that link may carry a parameter that identifies you to us individually.

This is inference from a business network rather than a certainty, and it is sometimes wrong. We use it so we can recognise the organisations reading about our work and follow up with the right people. Your professional role is the limit of it, and we sell nothing to anyone.

Visitor identification runs on the same footing as our other analytics: held back until you accept if you are in the UK, the EU or the wider EEA, and on by default elsewhere. It also stops before it starts if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, wherever you are.

How we use it

Who can see it

Your information stays within the TMK team and the service providers we rely on to run our business. Those providers are:

We treat your enquiry as commercial-in-confidence, and we share nothing with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve it. Strictly necessary cookies are always on. Analytics cookies, set by HubSpot and Google Analytics 4, and visitor identification by Warmly, run only after you consent if you are in the UK, the EU or the wider EEA. To decide whether to show the consent banner we use ipapi.co to detect the country a visit comes from; this is processed transiently and we store nothing beyond a local record of your choice and the country code.

Elsewhere, analytics and visitor identification run by default. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the Cookie preferences link in the footer, whichever country you are in.

Where your information goes

HubSpot, Google Analytics and Warmly all process data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. By using this site you agree to that overseas disclosure for analytics, CRM and visitor-identification purposes. Each provider is bound by its own terms and applicable data protection commitments.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is retained for the period configured in our Google Analytics property and our HubSpot portal, and visitor-identification session data for the period configured in our Warmly workspace; each is deleted automatically at the end of that period. Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as we are in a commercial conversation with you, and for the period our record-keeping obligations require afterwards.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it at any time. You can also ask us to suppress your organisation from visitor identification, and we will action that. Email michael@tokenomik.com and we will respond within 30 days.

You can also block it yourself: install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use private or incognito mode, or turn on Global Privacy Control. The site works fully with every one of them on.

Tokenomik Inc. is incorporated in the British Virgin Islands. This summary will be replaced by a full privacy policy as our public operations expand; until then it reflects our actual practice.
